What is an MCB Arc Chute Semi‑Automatic Assembly Machine?

The MCB Arc Chute Assembly Machine is the hub for the semi-automated assembly of (10 to 20) stamped metal plates into a complete arc chute assembly which is utilized to extinguish the electrical arc when an MCB trips. The assembled arc chute has two major components, the base and the plates, both of which will be manually loaded onto the machine’s loading fixture or magazine by the operator.
