Benlong Automation Redefines Component Testing with New High-Speed Magnetic Ring Current Test Bench

2026-01-08

Magnetic rings are the "heart" of leakage protection devices, requiring rigorous testing to ensure they trip at exact current thresholds. Traditional manual testing methods are often plagued by human error and low throughput. Benlong’s new system shatters these limitations by integrating a high-precision HIOKI leakage current tester with a sophisticated 10-bin sorting mechanism.

"In the era of Industry 4.0, precision cannot come at the expense of speed," said a senior engineer at Benlong Automation. "Our new test bench is engineered to deliver both. It allows manufacturers to process over 20,000 units per shift while ensuring 100% data traceability."

Key Technical Breakthroughs: The machine boasts a cycle time of just 2.5 seconds per piece, driven by a robust architecture featuring premium components from Omron, AirTac, and Inovance. Unlike standard testers that only offer a "Pass/Fail" result, Benlong’s solution automatically separates unqualified wires, positions the magnetic ring, performs the test, and then sorts the approved components into nine distinct current ranges (plus one rejection bin). This granular classification allows manufacturers to match magnetic rings with specific circuit breaker sensitivities (e.g., 15mA, 30mA) with zero manual intervention.

Furthermore, the system is designed for global deployment, featuring a bilingual HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and real-time OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data storage. This ensures that production managers can monitor quality trends and output efficiency remotely.

With the launch of this Magnetic Ring Current Test Bench, Benlong Automation continues to solidify its position as a key enabler of smart manufacturing in the low-voltage electrical industry, providing scalable solutions that reduce labor costs and enhance product safety standards.
