Benlong Automation Strengthens Strategic Partnership with Russia’s KEAZ via Delivery of Advanced Intelligent Thermal Tripping Test System
Optimized Workflow and Traceability The machine introduces a streamlined "Scan-Test-Trace" workflow designed to eliminate human error. The operation begins with the operator scanning the Device Under Test (DUT) to register its unique ID. The DUTs are then sequentially loaded into the ten pneumatic test fixtures (Stations 1 through 10). Once the testing cycle is initiated via the HMI panel, the system applies a precise current injection to verify the thermal tripping performance of the bimetal strip within the breaker.

A key innovation of this system is its integrated data traceability module. Upon the successful completion of the test cycle, the system automatically generates and prints a comprehensive QR code for every passing unit. This QR code encapsulates critical metadata, including the precise tripping time, current curve data, and the production date. Operators then apply this label to the finished product, ensuring full lifecycle traceability for end-users.
Commitment to Quality "This 10-station testing bench represents the intersection of efficiency and precision," stated the Foreign Trade Manager at Benlong Automation. "By integrating automatic data encoding with rigorous IEC-standard testing, we are helping KEAZ ensure that every breaker leaving their factory meets the highest safety benchmarks."
This successful project further solidifies the cooperation between Benlong Automation and KEAZ, demonstrating Benlong’s capability to deliver sophisticated, customized automation equipment to the global electrical market.
