DC Charging Pile automated production line
The Automated Production Line for DC Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations is designed to meet global manufacturing standards and the rapidly growing demand for high-power, high-reliability charging infrastructure. The line supports the automated assembly, testing, and final inspection of DC fast chargers ranging from 30 kW up to 600 kW, fully compliant with international standards such as IEC 61851, IEC 62196, ISO 15118, CCS, CHAdeMO, and GB/T.
The production line integrates modular automation units including cabinet assembly, power module installation, DC contactor and relay mounting, cable harness routing, liquid-cooling system assembly (optional), and automatic torque control for all critical fasteners. Intelligent conveying systems and robotic handling ensure consistent quality, high throughput, and minimal manual intervention.
A comprehensive end-of-line (EOL) testing system is embedded to guarantee product reliability and safety. Test items typically include insulation resistance, dielectric withstand (Hi-Pot), grounding continuity, DC output accuracy, efficiency verification, load simulation, communication protocol validation (CAN, PLC, Ethernet), and functional testing of HMI, RFID, and payment interfaces. Aging and burn-in testing under full or partial load conditions can be configured according to customer requirements.
The line is fully compatible with MES and traceability systems, enabling real-time data acquisition, serial number tracking, process parameter logging, and quality analysis. All critical components and test instruments are sourced from internationally recognized brands to ensure long-term stability and global serviceability.
