The process begins with automatic base feeding, ensuring continuous flow and minimizing manual handling. The core protective circuit, utilizing varistor modules, undergoes precision automated soldering or welding to guarantee optimal electrical contact and reliability. Following this, the finished modules are automatically transferred and assembled into the protective bases. Quality control is integrated through laser marking for permanent identification and pad printing for required regulatory labels. This entire digitalized workflow ensures strict control over material traceability, consistent assembly quality, and high throughput, meeting the stringent requirements for global lightning protection standards.
