    Digital MCCB Smart Testing and Calibration Flexible Line

    This is a highly flexible MCCB core function testing line,specialized for intelligent products equipped with Electronic TripUnits (ETU). The line integrates high-precision programmablepower sources and high-speed data acquisition systems forrapid and accurate testing of tripping characteristic curvesacross various frame currents. The system automaticallyperforms digital calibration of the trip unit, functionalverification of communication modules (e.g., Modbus), andbreaking time tests. Deep integration with the MES systemensures traceability for all electronic trip parameters, providingrobust data support for the MCCB's reliable breaking andintelligent protection capabilities.
