MCCB Tripping mechanism test machine

This equipment is a dedicated rotary-type automatic testing system developed specifically for the functional and mechanical performance verification of MCCB trip mechanism components. The system adopts a high-precision indexing turntable architecture, enabling continuous, stable, and high-throughput testing suitable for mass production environments.
The test station integrates multiple inspection and measurement modules to comprehensively evaluate critical parameters of the trip mechanism. Closing and opening angle measurement is performed using an industrial vision system based on Hikvision cameras, ensuring accurate, non-contact detection of angular positions and motion consistency. Vision algorithms are applied to identify angular deviations, repeatability, and assembly tolerances with high reliability.
Mechanical force performance is verified through dedicated sensors for contact force measurement, tripping force testing, and peak tripping force analysis. The system accurately records the force–displacement characteristics during the tripping process, enabling evaluation of both the maximum tripping force and the release behavior of the mechanism. This ensures that each tested component meets the required operating thresholds, response sensitivity, and mechanical stability defined by MCCB design specifications.
In addition to force and angle testing, the equipment performs release verification to confirm correct disengagement and reset behavior after tripping. All test processes are automatically controlled and synchronized through a central PLC and industrial PC, ensuring repeatable test sequences and consistent measurement conditions across all stations.
Upon completion of testing, each qualified mechanism component is laser-marked with a unique QR code. The QR code is linked to the complete test data set, including angle measurements, force values, peak force results, and pass/fail status. This enables full traceability throughout subsequent assembly stages and the product lifecycle.
The system significantly improves testing efficiency, data accuracy, and quality control capability, making it an ideal solution for MCCB manufacturers seeking automated, standardized, and traceable testing of trip mechanism components.
