ALKHALEFAH in Saudi Arabia to Enhance Automated Production Lines for MCB and MCCB

Benlong Automation Revisits ALKHALEFAH in Saudi Arabia to Enhance Automated Production Lines for MCB and MCCB

Benlong Automation has recently revisited the manufacturing facility of ALKHALEFAH in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to provide technical support, conduct a comprehensive performance review, and discuss future collaboration on automation system upgrades. The visit follows an invitation from ALKHALEFAH, marking another milestone in the long-term cooperation between the two companies.

The partnership between Benlong Automation and ALKHALEFAH began in 2019 with the successful implementation of automated production and testing lines for miniature circuit breakers (MCB) and moulded case circuit breakers (MCCB). The system integrates high-precision testing, robotic handling, intelligent inspection, and data traceability modules, enabling consistent product quality and higher production throughput.

As one of Saudi Arabia’s leading manufacturers of low-voltage switchgear and distribution panels, ALKHALEFAH designs and builds complete electrical systems, including its own range of circuit breakers used within its products. The current visit aims to evaluate the long-term operational performance of the existing automation lines, optimize current-generation testing capabilities—particularly under high-current load conditions—and discuss technical solutions for next-generation MCCB products.

Benlong Automation’s engineering team will work closely with ALKHALEFAH’s R&D and production departments to analyze test data, fine-tune control parameters, and propose modular upgrades to further improve production stability and system flexibility.

Through continuous cooperation, Benlong Automation remains committed to delivering customized automation solutions and lifecycle technical support, helping global partners like ALKHALEFAH achieve higher efficiency, better quality control, and sustainable manufacturing excellence.
