RCBO semi automatic comprehensive test bench

Testing content: Functional testing of product residual current, test button, and tripping time; Equipment working mode: Manual loading and unloading of products, automatic testing, and automatic determination of product pass/fail.
The equipment testing fixture is compatible with 18mm modular size, 1P+N, 3P+N, 10A, 16A, 20A, 25A, 32A, 40A, 50A, and 63A RCBO (AC) for switching production.

Product Details

During the leakage current detection test, a fixed leakage current of 30mA (this parameter can be arbitrarily set according to the product specifications) is applied to the product to cause it to trip. The equipment simultaneously checks whether the tripping time is within the set range.

During the leakage current detection test, the product is switched on, and a fixed leakage current of 30mA (this leakage current value can be arbitrarily set between 10mA and 500mA) is applied to cause the product to trip. The equipment simultaneously checks whether the tripping time is within the upper and lower limit range. The product is then switched on again, the cylinder presses the product test button, and the equipment simultaneously determines whether the product trips successfully.

The leakage current testing instrument uses an AC and A-type one-key switching system. When testing A-type products, it can detect the 0%, 90, 135, 0, -90, -135* parameter values, test button, and tripping time of the leakage circuit breaker.

The equipment's current accuracy: the relative error between the measured value and the displayed value is 1.5%, and the change in current value during the test does not exceed 2%; the time from applying the current to stabilization is controlled within 2 seconds, and the waveform distortion is ≤3%; the fixture detection voltage is AC 1~400V and can be arbitrarily set.

Leakage current setting range: AC 10-500mA, arbitrarily adjustable; time setting range: 1-9999ms, electronically displayed.
